Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Our affiliates include Cox Automotive, Inc. and all companies that it owns.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- We do not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you except for joint marketing arrangements as described below.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- If we have any joint marketing arrangements, our joint marketing partners may include the manufacturer affiliated lenders or other lenders.
